The founders’ story
A friendship since childhood.
Two complementary crafts.
Long before SHARKPLUS, Rajesham Kasarapu and Mukteshwar Pathipaka were childhood friends—two makers drawn to different sides of the same problem.
Rajesham worked as a freelance software developer for more than 40 clients around the world. That experience taught him to listen closely, turn ambiguous business needs into dependable systems, and take ownership from idea to delivery.
Mukteshwar’s work as a graphic designer shaped a complementary instinct: make complexity feel clear, useful and human. His eye for visual communication brings empathy and coherence to how the company’s products are experienced.
SHARKPLUS brings those strengths together: engineering and design, structure and empathy, worldwide client experience and local understanding.
Their long friendship gives the company something no org chart can manufacture—trust built before the company existed.
